Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator means Dama N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 152125, holding online gaming licences 8048/JAZ2020-13 and OGL/2023/174/0082, and any of its affiliated entities, including Friolion Limited (HE 419102, Cyprus), acting as payment or service provider for the Site.
- Lucky Ones Casino or Lucky Ones Casino means the online gambling service and related products offered to Canadian users (excluding Ontario) via the domain luckyonesbet-ca.com.
- Site means the website located at https://luckyonesbet-ca.com and any localized versions or subpages, including but not limited to /en-CA/terms-and-conditions, /en-CA/bonus-terms-and-conditions, /en-CA/privacy-policy and /en-CA/responsible-gaming.
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site and/or opens, uses, or attempts to use a Player Account to participate in gambling services.
- Player Account or Account means a personal, single, registered account created by a User on the Site for the purpose of participating in gambling services and managing funds.

- Regulator means the competent authority responsible for supervising the Operator's licence in Curaçao, including Antillephone N.V. and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
- ADR Provider means a recommended third-party alternative dispute resolution or complaints platform, such as Casino.guru or AskGamblers, which may act as an informal mediator in certain disputes.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may register and use a Player Account only if you are at least 19 years old or, where your Canadian province of residence sets a higher minimum legal age for online gambling, at least that higher age. Under no circumstances may persons under 18 register or use the Site.
- Residency and legal capacity: You confirm that you are a resident of Canada outside the province of Ontario, that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that local laws do not prohibit your use of online gambling services licensed in Curaçao.
- Prohibited jurisdictions: You must not access or use the Site from Ontario or from any jurisdiction where such activity is unlawful. The Operator may block, suspend, or close Accounts and void bets if it has reason to believe that you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Account Creation Process
- Single account policy: You may register only one Player Account with Lucky Ones Casino. Creating multiple accounts, including "duplicate accounts", is prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings associated with such accounts.
- Registration steps: To create an Account, you must:
- Complete the online registration form, providing truthful, accurate, and complete information (including full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number if requested).
- Confirm your email address through the verification link sent to you, and where applicable, verify your phone number via SMS or other means.
- Accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any relevant Bonus Terms by ticking the appropriate checkbox(es) before submission.
- Right to request information: The Operator may at any time request additional information to verify your identity, address, source of funds or source of wealth, particularly where required by anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorist financing ("CTF") obligations.
KYC and Verification (Know Your Customer)
- Verification documents: You may be required to provide, among other things:
- Valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's licence, national ID).
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, tax assessment), normally not older than three months.
- Proof of ownership of the Payment Method used (e.g. bank card copy with masked digits, e-wallet screenshot, crypto wallet proof).
- Timing and limitations: The Operator may restrict or block deposits, wagers, or withdrawals until satisfactory KYC checks are completed. If requested documents are not provided or appear unreliable, the Operator may suspend or close the Account and, where legally required, retain or return funds according to applicable regulations.
- Accuracy and updates: You must keep your registration data current and promptly update any changes (name changes, new address, contact details). The Operator reserves the right to re-verify your information periodically or when required for regulatory reasons.
User Obligations and Password Security
- Account confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, two-factor authentication codes). You must not share or transfer your Account to any third party.
- Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, and you must not act on behalf of any third party.
- Notification of breaches: You must immediately notify [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of your Account. Until such notification is received and processed, all activity under your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- Prohibited conduct: You agree not to use the Site or your Account for any fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful purposes, including money laundering, chargeback abuse, or bonus abuse. The Operator may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Rules
- Placement of bets: A Bet is accepted only when it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your game or transaction history. If a conflict arises between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail, subject to applicable laws and fairness obligations.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may specify minimum and maximum bet limits. You may not place a Bet outside these limits. The Operator may adjust global or game-specific limits at any time, including for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
- Use of funds: Bets may be placed using:
- Available cash balance (real-money funds deposited and cleared); and/or
- Bonus funds, to the extent permitted by the applicable Bonus Terms.
- Currency: Player Accounts for Canadian users are generally operated in CAD (Canadian dollars) or such other currencies as may be offered. If currency conversion occurs, it will be at rates and fees determined by the payment provider or Operator, as applicable.
Bet Confirmation, Cancellation and Errors
- Irrevocability of bets: Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Operator, it cannot be revoked, cancelled, or changed by you, except where the Game's rules explicitly permit such action before an event outcome is determined.
- Obvious errors (palpable errors): In the event of a technical or human error leading to an incorrect Game result, odds, paytable, or displayed balance, the Operator reserves the right to:
- Correct the error and settle Bets according to the correct information; or
- Declare the affected Bets void and refund the original stake to your Account.
- Technical malfunctions: If a Game malfunctions (software or hardware failure, network interruption, or other technical issue), all affected Bets and plays may be voided. Stakes may be refunded, and the Game state may be restored to the last valid point recorded on the Operator's servers, where technically feasible.
Game Rules and Fair Play
- Game-specific rules: Each Game may have its own rules, displayable within the Game interface. By participating, you agree to the applicable Game rules in addition to these Terms.
- Randomness and fairness: Outcomes of the Games are determined by a certified random number generator ("RNG") or by live dealers in accordance with the Operator's licences. You acknowledge that:
- All results are random (or determined by live game procedures) and independent; and
- Past results do not guarantee or influence future outcomes.
- Prohibited actions: You must not:
- Use any robotic, automated, or algorithmic means to place Bets or play Games.
- Exploit software bugs, design flaws, or obvious errors to gain an unfair advantage ("advantage play").
- Collude with other players or use multiple Accounts to manipulate Game outcomes or bonuses.
Live Casino and Chat Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: In live casino environments and any chat or messaging features, you must:
- Refrain from insults, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory or offensive language.
- Not share explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not use chat or live environments to advertise other services, websites, or products, or to solicit funds, login details, or personal information from other players.
- Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chat communications and:
- Issue warnings or temporarily mute your chat privileges;
- Exclude you from specific Games or tables; or
- In serious or repeated cases, suspend or close your Account.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Supplementary conditions: All Bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms and by specific Bonus Terms published at https://luckyonesbet-ca.com/en-CA/bonus-terms-and-conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific Bonus Terms for the relevant promotion take precedence.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to particular user segments (for example, new players, returning players, or players from particular regions of Canada excluding Ontario). The Operator may withhold or remove Bonuses from ineligible players.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses are credited in CAD or other supported currency and may be linked to qualifying deposits, specific Games, or promotional codes. The Operator may require you to enter a bonus code or explicitly opt in.
Activation, Wagering and Timeframes
- Activation requirements: Activation of a Bonus may require:
- A minimum qualifying deposit amount;
- Manual bonus selection during deposit; or
- Entry of a promotional code within a specific timeframe.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposit-based Bonuses and their associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Only Bets placed after the Bonus is credited count towards wagering.

Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from Bonus play or may contribute a lower percentage to wagering. These restrictions will be listed in the specific Bonus Terms. You are responsible for reviewing all applicable restrictions before playing with Bonus funds.
- Irregular betting patterns: The following may be considered Bonus abuse or irregular play:
- Placing single Bets with a stake size significantly exceeding your average Bet or a specified fraction of the Bonus amount, contrary to the Bonus Terms.
- Delaying game rounds, leaving large win features or free spin rounds for later when wagering requirements have been completed.
- Using multiple Accounts or collaborating with other players to circumvent Bonus limits.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Management
- Non-cumulative offers: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may be in effect on your Account at any given time.
- Real funds vs. Bonus funds: In general, real funds are wagered before Bonus funds. Where a Bet is placed using a combination of real and Bonus funds, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements for the relevant Bonus are completed or the Bonus is forfeited.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting [email protected], provided that:

Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: For Canadian users (excluding Ontario), the Operator may support deposits via:
- Bank cards (credit and debit) processed through Friolion Limited or other authorised processors;
- E-wallets and online payment services, where available;
- Bank transfers; and
- Cryptocurrencies supported by the Site from time to time.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may deposit only using Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may require proof of ownership and may refuse or reverse deposits made from third-party accounts.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Site or within the cashier interface. The Operator does not ordinarily charge deposit fees, but your bank, card issuer, e-wallet, or crypto provider may apply third-party fees or currency conversion charges.
Withdrawals

- Limits and checks: Withdrawal limits (daily, weekly, monthly) may apply and are displayed on the Site or in the cashier. Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds

- Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of services: The Operator undertakes to provide the Site and the Games with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with its Curaçao licences and applicable industry standards, and to maintain accurate recording of Bets and outcomes based on certified RNG technology and/or live dealer procedures.
- Fairness and accuracy: The Operator uses reputable software providers and undertakes regular internal checks to ensure:
- That Game outcomes are fair and random within the meaning of applicable regulations; and
- That your balances, Bet history, and transaction information are reflected correctly on the Site, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical issues: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:

- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Games.
- Maximum compensation: In any case where the Operator is found liable under these Terms or under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of the Operator to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed:
- The amount of the Bet or Wager related to the event giving rise to the claim; or
- Where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the total amount of deposits made by you to the Account during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, up to a maximum equivalent of CAD 5,000.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and the Games are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- Protected content: This includes, without limitation, all software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio-visual content, Game designs, user interfaces and underlying technology used to provide the Site and the Games.

Privacy & Data Protection

- Data processing: By creating a Player Account and using the Site, you acknowledge that the Operator may collect, use, store, and share your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, AML/CTF compliance, responsible gambling, fraud prevention, and marketing (where permitted by law and your preferences).

Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict, or close your Account, and/or withhold or confiscate funds, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have breached these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any Bonus Terms;
- You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or failed to complete requested KYC checks;
- You are underage or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Ontario;
- Your Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing; or
- Your behaviour constitutes serious bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Site.
- Responsible gambling and risk: The Operator may also suspend or close your Account in order to comply with responsible gambling obligations (for example, where you have requested self-exclusion) or to protect you or the Operator from substantial financial or regulatory risk.
Procedure and Consequences
- Notification: Where legally permitted, the Operator will notify you by email of the suspension or closure, stating the main reason and any steps you may take to contest or resolve the situation.
- Access restrictions: During suspension, you may be prevented from logging in, placing Bets, or making new deposits. Certain limited actions, such as verification or withdrawals of non-disputed funds, may still be allowed at the Operator's discretion and subject to legal requirements.
- Refund of funds: Upon closure of your Account:
- Any real-money balance not subject to dispute, chargeback, or legal restriction will, where possible, be returned to you via an appropriate Payment Method.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Licensing jurisdiction: These Terms and your use of the Site and the Games are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of your Canadian province of residence (excluding Ontario).

Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaint process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Site or the Games:
